For a first picture, here's a beautiful hake, that i receive last week. a big piece I can tell you, even if here they are telling me it's a medium size one. i can tell you that to fillet up, that was not easy. Here in Norway, they call it "lysing".Pour une première photo, voilà un superbe merlu, que j'ai reçu la semaine dernière. Un sacré morceau je trouve, même si ici, on me dit que c'est un spécimen de taille moyenne. Je peux vous dire que pour lever les filets, ça n'a pas été facile. Ici en Norvège, ils appellent ce poisson "lysing".
